Yes. It is a D250 F4x2, built by Borsani, Cornaredo (I), in two copies for student transport to a school. The school was built by Nestlé in the Ivory Coast.
The pictures of the convoy from #18 are probably part of a delivery of 30 buses to the Republic of Central Africa. 20 units for urban transport (6000 mm wheelbase, 104 passengers) and ten units for intercity transport (5500 mm wheelbase, 65 passengers). Because of the African experience, this order also went to Cornaredo.
