DAF Shelette by Giovanni Michelotti? (DAF and not Fiat due to the quadruple headlights which are not applied to the Fiat livery of this design).

Point awarded to Alfa_Japan for the correct answer.

Autopuzzles may have the complete set of Michelotti Shellette's now.  When I put the DAF into my puzzle queue, I didn't know about the recently posted one based on British Leyland mechanicals.

Is the DAF the only Shellette with the engine mounted in the front?  Not a lot of information out there about these cars.

The two DAF Shelette's are also different in detail. The one formerly owned by Jacky Onassis and currently residing in the DAF museum in Eindhoven is based on DAF 55 mechnicals. The orange one of your puzzle is based on DAF 44 mechanicals. If you want to properly summarize all details on the Shelettes and their deivatives such as the DAF Kini you're in for a treat!
