I have two sources, one says 1958 and the other 1959, so 1959 is fine and this is your next point.
Explanatory text in the photo: "You don't know him? No wonder, Kaelble did not accept the design, and so it remained with a sketch that invites you to think..."
I think that this design by L. L. L. was just too futuristic for the late 50s.
