The lady on the right looks like the Duchess of Devonshire, and the setting could be Chatsworth House in Derbyshire, U.K.  If so, very strange! The car is possibly based on the Ford Cortina Mark II 1600 that Hyundai marketed as their first road vehicle. Perhaps Ford U.K. were thinking of adding this "lidded" version to the local market?

To me it looks more like an Opel Kadett B.
Ein Henschel zieht am Berg und ein Mercedes
an den Türen. (and an attempt of a translation):
A Henschel in rushing up the hill, wheras in a Mercedes wind is rushing through the doors. c/o norberthanke

Grumett SL 5-seater pick-up from Uruguay. Fibreglass body built upon mechanicals Vauxhall Viva. This was designed by Vauxhall at the Engineering and Design centre in Luton to suit the local needs in Uruguay. The prototype was made in Luton in metal. The prototype was shipped to Uruguay and fitted with the Montevideo license plates 529 345. The prototype was driven back to the automotive company "Super SA National Automotive", a company which constructed car bodies in polyester resin and fibreglass integrated with mechanical components imported from Vauxhall in England. The puzzle picture shows the series version which was made in fibreglass. There was a version with a trunk lid (the one featured in the puzzle photo) and one without. Production started in 1969. The vehicle was not only sold in Uruguay, but also other countries such as Argentina and Equador among others.

Here's the puzzle picture which oddly features English text. One would assume there would have been little to none English language coverage back in the day as it was a South American market vehicle produced locally. When looking carefully the Montevideo license plate can be seen on the photo taken from the front side.

I suppose if correct in all its details the puzzle point should go to "gilescooperuk" since his Vauxhall Viva HB comment put me in the right direction. I was searching for Kadett B modifications up to that time.
