Very handsome for such a gruesome machine!.....It's a 1915 Romfell, of the Austro-Hungarian Army.

Erm, 1915 is not in the 1920s.

You initially asked "What's this car and when?"  A two part question.  I tried to answer both parts of the question.  Surely that means a response to both is in order??
Saying "No" to one part and not to the other implies an affirmative to the second answer, which is misleading.  i feel the correct answer would be "No" or "No to both".
