The car intended is the FMC Corporation (Chrysler) XR311 (USA) and as BattlePorQ correctly pointed out the depicted interpretation is a scale model version of it easily recognisable by the plastic hand of the driver figure. Prototype military vehicle from 1970. Source of inspiration for the Lamborghini Cheetah and the succeeding LM series

BattlePorQ, you gave me the model and Alfa Japan the builder.
It is clear that the photo for this puzzle from a tamiya box but i was waiting for the builder.
