It must be an IFA then. Altough, untill now, I don't find pictures of such a car it could be one with a body from Baur.

Correct! This prototype was one of the last creations of EMW before that company folded, of course the car lived on (with a couple of doors added) as the Wartburg 311.

This prototype is from 1954. It was built on the IFA F9 (= EMW 309) chassis. The production Wartburg 311 had 10 cm added to its wheelbase.
