Yes, based on a Panhard ; it is a PL 17 made in Uruguay, locally-bodied... I don't know it by any other name...

Its a Panhard CT24 made in Uruguay between I think 1963 - 1968.

Close enough for a Lock, as it is from Uruguay, made from 1962-68 and Panhard-based, but it's not a 24CT (which was the coupe, which was also assembled in Uruguay). So, who made it and what was the model's name, to complete the puzzle?

Made by Mutio, Passadore & Co. The name of that particular version seems to be Fourgonete/Fourgonette Rural.

Yes, well done Skut, M.P. (Mutio, Passadore & Co.) Panhard was the manufacturer's name I was looking for, with Fourgonete Rural (the station wagon version, with a 'van' and pick-up also available, as pictured below) being the model name. Another point to you.
