Xianjin 71, made by the Chongqing Difa State New Building Machinery Works.  Probably only one was made, in 1958.

Well I must say that's fairly different from what I have it as, but with Chinese who knows what's right..  At least the year  is the same, 1958.
Any idea what "Xianjin" means, as I have a name obviously translated into English, as well as a different name for the maker?

The English name I had for it was 'Progress' so that's probably just a different translation of Xianjin.
However, I can't find my source out there any more, whether I type in the full name as I had it or whether I try to get it by Image search!
But it does come up, as Pnegyesi says, on a well-known Chinese car site so the point is yours.
FYI the name I had was Hsinchien Machine Works Progress Sedan.
