I don't know anything about the black little truck, only the year and the location of the picture: one point for the right name (with proofs)

Looks like Fiat Topolino Long Wheelbase Delivery Van from the 30's, I could only find a similar long wheelbase version of a later vintage.

i don't think that mine is a Topolino (it has three wheels): and the one you post is a 1500 6C

There was something like this called the FB or EB in Italy in the late 1930s. I'll try to find that issue of Manovella which featured the car - but I can only do that tomorrow

From Manovella magazine: F.B.

The FB company was located in Milan and was set up by the Boselli Brothers. In 1936 they created an aerodynamiccal styled, three wheeler light van, similar in style to the Fiat 1500. After the 2nd WW Boselli Borthers produced the Mondial motorcycle

I know my replay is a little bit late...two minutes perhaps, but I want to post you another picture coming from a site about Fiera Campionaria in Milan, 1937, showing the chassis of FB Titanus, the base of our car.

I think that Pnegyesi is on the right way even if the picture is a little different from mine: locked for you.

The picture posted by pnegyesi was taken at the Milano fair in 1936, one year earlier than Thorax's one.
The vehicle in the 1936 picture doesn't appear to have any front lights (unless they are beneath the grill a la Peugeot 202) whereas the other vehicle has prominent front lights. First one could be a prototype, second one may be production model. Iam only guessing and I am not here to score a point, I just would like to know more..

I think I have found what it is.
Visiting a Vintage car show in Milano today I spotted an advertising leaflet for a three wheeler called Ercole- DKW (nothing to do with Moto Guzzi),made in Bologna by Cavani ,the importer of DKW motorcycles for Italy. It was available with different types of body, including the one pictured in the puzzle. As the price for the single sheet of paper was 150 euro, I declined to be robbed, but I am positive with the identification.

I fully understand, the point is not a problem, I just wanted to find out what it was. If someone else can find more info based on my findings he is more than welcome.
