I am sorry but I disagree with the name. It is a Stigler EC4 made during the Second World War by Officine Meccaniche Stigler in Milan.
It has the Stigler name on the nose of the car. They produced the chassis and the electrical components, Touring built the body for them.

The logo doesn't look Carrozzeria Touring. Unfortunately, I can't find the Stigler logo.

I have this photo in a Touring book with higher resolution picture. The top of the logo says STIGLER.

I have the same book and can corroborate this. In addition, Cici Anderloni refers to the car as a "collaboration" between Touring and Stigler. As such, the car should be represented in the thread title as "1943 Stigler Tipo 4EC by Carrozzeria Touring" or something similar.

Of course, none of this takes detracts from the fact that hermanoto was the first to identify the car and has certainly earned the point!
