Very good!
That's questions 2,3 and 4 answered so just Q1 to go.
I'll give you a clue: Wayne is his surname, not his first name.

Locked for you obviously.

I am fairly certain that (like me) 'Wayne' is his given name. Of course, if your source is the same one I found, then I can understand how you might be under the mistaken impression that the builder's full name is 'Pam Wayne' due to the lack of proper punctuation in the headline. Read it again, but with the knowledge that Pamela 'Pam' Hirschhorn is the host of the video series titled 'Checking Out Cool Cars With Pam':

Right, I didn't look at any of the others..
Seems a bit odd to only refer to him by his first name but it appears that is the case; I did wonder what 'Pam' was short for but then some American given names do seem a bit odd to us Brits (e.g. Carroll Shelby; and wasn't John Wayne's real name Marilyn?!).
It seems his surname is not findable on the 'Net then so we'd better call it solved.
Well done!

Marion Morrison, but even Americans get a chuckle out of that one.

Thanks for the point!

Yes, as soon as I switched off my computer and went to bed I remembered his name was Marion, but it was too late to change my reply!
Good move changing it to John Wayne...!
