Innocenti is right, but according to my info it's not by Ghia.
There are also other questions to be answered, so I'll lock it until your next reply since you've identified it as an Innocenti project.

I am still puzzled. Is it build on a Goggomobil platform for Innocenti ?
Was it a prototype ?. Innocenti normally used BL platforms not Glas.

Innocenti belonged to BMC at one stage but they did also make cars in collaboration with other manufacturers, like the 186 GT they made with Ferrari.

This picture came from the book "Carrozeria Boneschi" by Sergio Puttini, published by Giorgio Nada.
It was a one-off prototype and below is the picture from that book, which I reproduce hoping Sr Puttini and Giorgio Nada will not object:
