it's Chivunk, Air to a ground light vehicle for Brazilian Army (forward/special forces)?
Sorry, I don't know much Portuguese and google translate only goes so far.

Only one blog refers to it as Chivunc, I believe the correct spelling is Chivunk. Essercito do Brasil = Brazil Army

I've found that the both ways are accepted because the K in portughese is not a common letter, they reinstaled in the alphabet in the 1990's and "reserved only for stranger words and acronyms". Chivunc or Chivunk comes from the parachuters 'scream' when they jump out.
