This is neither the Monocar of 1919, nor the Runabout of 1921. Due to my late reply, still locked for you to identify the correct model.

By elimination, it would have to be the B-Car with the tandem seat covered over.

The point is yours! I should clarify, however...

The three models produced were:

Monocar (production beginning 1919; 30" wide; single-seater)
Bi-car (production beginning 1920; 36" wide; described as a two-seater with passenger(s) "behind the driver")
Runabout (production beginning 1921; 42" wide; described as a two-seater with "side by side" seating)

As the images below indicate, seating in the "A.V. Bi-car" or "Two-Seater" was not tandem. The wider passenger's seat was located to the side of, yet slightly behind the driver's seat. I am also including an image which is said to depict the "Runabout." While there are notable differences between the Bi-car and Runabout, the seating arrangement actually appears to be similar, if not identical.
