Does anyone know what years Serin was active, and what year the puzzle car was made? I can't seem to find much info on the make. My old copy of Georgano doesn't mention it, while the David Burgess Wise encyclopedia describes Serin as a "Léon Bollée-like 3-wheeler" made only in 1899.

The auction house where it was sold listed the brochure as being from ca. 1900.
