Built between 1945 and 1950 ?
I believe it was built in 1945, though it could have been as early as 1942.

Was it built in the Western half of the USA ?
It was not built within the contiguous United States, but in an organized incorporated U.S. territory.

I need to correct
Built by US Air Force servicemen ?
Yes
Correction: It was built by members of the regular U.S. Army, not the U.S. Army Air Force.

Thanks !

I reckon the photo I've posted has been mirrored, as there's no reason for an American Jeep to be RHD.
