I need to know what is this for real

It does look a little photoshopped. The wheels are Mk1 panda. Is it supposed to be Italian.

so I am looking someone who know what this is for sure
and the name I have in the magazine is not a Piaggio

Photo I've posted was clearly a prank for 1st of April, polish magazine mentioned this car as a Lamborghini made electric van
