Well thank you very much, now I know what the car is, and I have never heard of it …. it's Blottiere's Motta Special.

Now I need to find it somewhere on an entry list...….

The race in question is not included in the "Black Book" for Formule Libre races, which suggests there is very limited information available. Those small wheels do make me think this is not a high-powered car, maybe a Simca or even Amilcar engined home-build.
