according to my source it was jean Legeay of Gennes,France.I couldn,t find anyother year except 1930?

Jean Legeay is correct. I have it as being from 1928.

I saw the car this summer at the Leonardo da Vinci exhibition at Château Clos de Lucé in Amboise.
