It's the 1962 Cooper-Climax T54

Yes it's the T54 raced successfully at Indy in 1961, and then again in 1963 fitted with an Aston Martin engine. By all accounts it was latter split up and some parts used to make a sports car, and these remains were discovered and used as the basis for a reconstruction of the original car.

Some records claim there was a second car, but this is believed to be a T53 F1 car used as a back-up.
