I think this is one of Mario Bernadini's cars. They were known as Fiat-Biascis, and this one will be a 750 from 1949.

Nice car, BTW the number 1120 (starting time 11:20 am) cannot be a Mille Miglia number (the car usually started at night) so it should be another race.
