DeAutogids is on the right track, it is indeed from the USA. It is intended to be a luxury car, but not armored.

The point goes to Wendax! Ulozi Motors was founded by Kato Simeto of Baltimore, who apparently used to be an extra on the TV Show "The Wire". He promoted it as "the first African-American automotive company", but of course, here at Autopuzzles we know that that title (if it means anything) belongs to Patterson-Greenfield
