Well done thorax, you win the point! Thanks sixtee5cuda for the correction of the misspelling. KACST is the King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology located in Riyadh. The Aseelah, based on the Proton Persona, was presented in 2010, and it was announced that a production line would be set up in Arabia to build it, but the project since to have disappeared from the radar.

Yes, the Proton base was an important step towards finding the car, but I decided not to lock the puzzle for finding that (sorry Chance) because it was the easy part, the purpose of the puzzle was to dig a little deeper.
