Maybe it is not a proper question, but do you have the Mercedes-Benz archive calling number? Then it'll be a piece of cake to solve it :)

From the Mercedes archive:
"The car is an children's car "Reblaus II" of the Obertürkheim engineer Otto Lorenz. The vehicle was powered by a single-cylinder two-stroke engine KMS 33 with 0.75 hp / 0.55 kW power. It had two forward and reverse gears each. The maximum speed is given as 10.6 km / h. The vehicle was also externally controllable. View of the dashboard.with speedometer and Drehzahlmesser. The flexible hose contains the cables for the external control."

Equipped with this information, I found out that apparently it has survived and it was advertised on ebay, see picture attached
