It looks like the Renault-powered Glowin Berlinette to me from c.1972.

A prototype example was advertised for sale in a few French car magazines late last summer for an optimistic € 55,000!

And that's exactly what it is, powered by a 1600 cc Renault Gordini engine. One more point to you.
