This is the GT by Ant Anstead of Dowsett Classic Cars (and now, also of the new version of Wheeler Dealers). It is related to the Evanta, which Anstead had also been involved with.

All correct! Evanta is the ex. name of the company. I heard that they were quite struggling and somehow managed to change the company name....
