No, not really.

No. The company behind it is a Design Studio. They created a design for another company (I have its name, but it is very unclear if it is still active or not).

Summary, what I know:
- Design Studio name. It is still active, it has a working website.
- Company name for which this car is created.
- City of the Design Studio. City of the Company. It looks to be the same city.
- I do not know if Design Studio built the car or the Company. Also, most probably, the car has never been finished.
- Year for the project. It is very contradicting. The website of Design Studio gives two different dates for the project...
