For one point, provide the approximate year this vehicle was built, the make and model, and where it was constructed.

Martin Scootmobile,  designed by Charles Martin, was a three wheel vehicle powered by a two cylinder air cooled engine. It had a 60 inch wheel base and it weighed 150 pounds. It was priced at $250.

LOCKED for luisps.

Most of your information is correct.

When and where was the Martin Scootamobile built?

(Most publications from the year this vehicle was built, indicate the name is SCOOTAMOBILE, not SCOOTMOBILE)

Point awarded to luisps.

Some records indicate Mr. Martin built 3 of these vehicles.  The first two had bodies of aluminum/magnesium, the last one was a more conventional steel build.  But that third vehicle also weighed more than the original claimed 150 pounds.
