On the left, 3-litre Sunbeam; on the right, a sleeve-valve 3.3 litre Minerva, and the event, I think, is the 1914 Isle of Man TT.

It is indeed the 1914 TT, and the car on the right is a Minerva. LOCKED for FrontMan to correctly identify the car on the left, it's not a Sunbeam.
