It is a Champion, it is based on a Ch-250, and it is from 1950.
But  in the original brochure it was called Champion _ (single letter), and it is not a Cabrio, but a ...
And there is a typo in the coachbuilder's name.

As many times it has been commented, the information that appears in Internet has to be contrasted it several times, in this case I took the reference that had in my files coming from the web of a well-known German aristocrat, but that apparently it was little careful in the details.
