Bugatti?? No, this car is much more modest than that. However, when you asked if the car was from Japan, maybe I should have mentioned that the engine is of Japanese origin, apologies for overlooking that.

Silver Car is a company based in Navarra, in the North of Spain, that specialises in hillclimbing cars. The S2 was their second model (duh) and is a frequent sight in the Spanish Hillclimbing Championship, where these models have racked up a lot of victories.
