Another puzzle which I had lined up, decided against it and threw it away. I remember that it was used in a British harbour I think.

FMW Matey Dockyard Truck by Mercury Truck & Tractor Ltd.
Puzzle photo was taken at Portsmouth Historic Dock. Several other pictures of the same truck at the same place can be found online.

The harbour hint made it easy. First I tried Dover, then Portsmouth. I've probably never solved one of your puzzles so quickly !
