It's a 1939 MG TA with a later Rochdale C-Type body and a Laystall engine.  Its registration number is/was ENY 242.

There was a Laystall-Lucas cylinder head for the XPAG engine (as in TB/TC/TD) but not sure about an engine.

No, I don't know of a whole Laystall engine either.  It's how it was described, but I suppose they mean a Laystall-modified engine.
