You're on to something, but this car wasn't built in Germany (but uses Porsche parts)

I meant to write that it wasn't built in Germany not America..  I've put it right now.
I must have had a Christmas sherry or two too many!

found this by accident.
It is advertised as a Porsche RS60 copy that you can commission the builder to finish to your spec. It is advertised as 'Aluminum bodied RÜNGE Coachbuilt Porsche Spyder RSK Durlite RS60' and the builder is one Chris Runge of Minnesota. It is Porsche 912 powered and the particular car in the photo is known as the Frankfurt Flyer.
