This is the Yokohama EV Pikes Peak Car. I used to be super interested in Pikes Peak since a lot of the cars had weird abnormalities like huge wings and big, gaping front splitters. I was able to remember this car perfectly.

The Yokohama-Summit HER-02, which used the same drivetrain as the Mini E, set an EV record at Pikes Peak in 2010 and again in 2011. The Puzzle car is the 2011 version. The unedited picture is below.
