Maybe your source mentions the name of the engine as brand, it looks that is a Minarelli, all the webs that shows the Pinguino asembled gives the information that I've stated in my former mail, no differences on the brand or year.

my source (an italian magazine) do not any mention about the engine, only the brand. I've an advertice (a little picture) and no mention about Cimatti too
