What's this, from when and what was the location of the picture - for 1 point?:

Capricornia (Base Holden 48-215) (FX)

The car was constructed by Albert Ludgate (Ludgate Developpements Automotive Adelaide, Australia of the South) in the beginning of the sixties.

Ludgate was mechanic in Lea-Francis before emigrating to Australia.

It does look very similar but it's not the Capricornia nor is it related to it.

It's a strange Swallow Doretti, rebodied in Tasmania by David Bentoft about 1954.
I found it some days ago, googling about the Swallow looking Aston Martin, posted by Saco (Saco#550). ;D

That's right; I believe the car dated from 1952.
That's how I found it too...!
