Looks like an early design for the lotus elan (90s version) the bonnet and light match but a different bumper?

This looks like the Fleur de Lys Firefly prototype, designed by Len Terry, and intended as an affordable, traditional British sportscar, but abandoned when Fleur de Lys bought the rights to the Elan-inspired Evanta instead.
