Wow, that was much faster than expected!  :applause:

It is indeed a Möve tricycle built between 1903 and 1906 by Walther & Co (later Walter & Co) from Mühlhausen in Thuringia. They built three-wheeled rickshaws and "Sesselräder" (tricycles with a cofortable front chair) for the Asian market.
The picture comes from a book about cars, motorbikes and motor sport in Mühlhausen. I happened to buy the last copy of this book at the publisher's shop in Mühlhausen this summer.  ;D

I hoped to find a picture of the Hascho cyclecar which was built in Mühlhausen, but unfortunately it is not in there.
