Does a Rookie know what car this is?  It has a special name and drivetrain.

(Not a Re-post.  Sometimes it takes a long time to correct the mistakes of history.)

Locked for Sichel to provide the name given this vehicle.

This is a General Motors research vehicle using a Stirling engine.  It was based on a Corvair as mentioned by Hermanoto.

One point awarded to Sichel for the correct answer.

Whatever the solution is for the incorrectly labeled, solved puzzle about a V8 Corvair, please don't merge it with this one.
