Yes, it's a Delahaye with a Massenius body. But my source mentions a different type and a different year of manufacture. Locked for you.

it was presented at the Salon in 1934 for the next production year 1935. The description by the picture:  "ci-dessus. Une 132 deux tons carrossée en coach par Manessius.

The type 132,  10cv, with 1832cc;
type  134, 12cv, with  2150cc.


If it is not the 132, then it is a 134 from 1934
