Hi Bill, I'm sorry if I've misled you. I wanted to try a different way of asking the question. "There is a point for a detailed answer." also means the coachbuilder. You can tell from the windscreen that it is not a series vehicle.
Atlas 880 is correct and +/- 1950 too, namely 1949.

It is a Gurbrod Atlas 800 from 1949 with body by Vischer.
I took the pictures in 2016 at the commercial vehicle fair in Hanover. I wonder if the large construction site has already been completed?

Just came across a similar (but different) Gutbrod Atlas bus with a split windscreen. It might be a Vischer body too, but I don't know for sure:
