Viberti is very likely, the name in my source differs in one letter, I'm guessing a misspelling.
But the engine is completely different

The 3RO was released only with this engine. If you are thinking of the Type 89 3180 cc 2-stroke 4-cylinder opposed diesel engine produced under Junkers license, then your source is also wrong. This engine was mounted on the RO NM (nafta militar) and RO civil, previous model of the 3RO

My source talks of another Junkers version.

The other Junkers engine was a Type 90 4770 cc three-cylinder opposed-piston diesel two-stroke, 95 hp at 1500 rpm.
But it didn't equip the 3RO, only the RO-RO

Bill, you're absolutely right, it's a Ro-Ro with 3-Cylinder engine, bases on Junkers counter piston technology, called type 90 for Lancia.
I'm a bit beside myself at the moment, we have three building sites in the house at the same time.
