Marino Brandoli was a mechanic working for Maserati befor WWII in Momdena. Around 1946 he built a special (Fiat-chassis and Maserati engine). He later moved to Turin and developed his 'testa Marino', a special head for Fiat 500 engine. After this berlinetta, bodied by Motto, he made a 1100 barchetta in 1954 and later a Lancia powered F1 and another barchetta sport. He was not strictly a coachbuilder.
