According to my source ,its a home-built three-wheeler built by Ivan Stenenko.The body is made of plywood and soaked in lacquer matter.The car has a two-cylinder air-cooled engine with 16 horsepower capacity.The car weighs 550 kg.,and could reach speeds of 80 km.Apparently the car was known as the Stenenko machine.Ivan was the chief mechanic at the Rostov Music Factory.
