Thought I give one of these puzzles a go after having an account here since 2019. It definitely some Chinese electric mini truck, there are thousands of them on Alibaba and other similar websites. I have researched these vehicles before but it difficult to know what the exact make and model designation since these Chinese companies do share bodies and design with each other.

Thanks for trying. Your efforts are laudable. It is Chinese. It is electric. It is not from an entirely obscure band. It has an English brand name and a two letter - two digits model designation.
The company specializes in commercial vehicles and I've seen their exports popping up in some African countries.
It is now owned by one of the best-known privately owned Chinese carmakers.

Is it a Ouling LE by Ouling Auto? It part of Geely commercial vehicle branch.
