What is the name of this car?
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

Lavrakas

A much-modified lhd HRG of which there should be a few competing in  American hill climbs. Unfortunately, the initials HRG also stand for Historic Racing Group so Google is not much use . . .
The more I consider the nature of speed, the more mysterious I find it.

Yes it is indeed based on an HRG. LOCKED for you to find out more. I would like to know the engine used and the nickname of the car.

Yes. I had it as 1949, but no matter. An HRG fitted with an Offenhauser engine.
