Exactly that.  One more point to you.

It's St Eugene in 1963. (On a well-known race results site it's spelt "Witton" but I believe that it should be "Whitton" since that was the spelling on a Canadian Formula Junior of the same time and possibly built by the same person. The FJ car has been a previous puzzle on AP).

PS I think the name Jacques Couture sounds like a pretentious ladies fashion shop in Basingstoke.

Jacques Couture, although he probably never had a shop in Basingstoke, did start the first racing school in North America, a franchise of the Jim Russell racing school (a nice Snetterton connection). He allegedly taught Gilles Villeneuve.
