Yes it is a Lanchester. LOCKED for you. Not a 30hp but another model.

I'll award the point for that. In fact it's a 1930 model, and the engine size was increased slightly in 1926 so this is a 23hp!

Big handsome cars, and hardly remembered these days.

It's extraordinary how many common or garden cars have never featured on these pages. We tend to find one-offs and homebuilts, yet many members would be hard pressed to solve something like this, which is a marque now totally forgotten.
